this number calls several times a day, no messages and I am unable to call the number back.

Left me a message the first time threatning me about returning the phone call. When called back they were very rude about telling me whom the lawsuit that they perclaim was filled against me for. After I told them not to holler at me and that I would get the attorney general to step in on this situation he perceided to say get whomever u want and hung up. I have called them back numerous times in approximately 20 minutes. Every time someone picks up they hang right back up. The first time called a lady answered and someone in the background told her to hang up. This is nothing to play with and I do not appreciate being threatned by anyone especially when I know I have not done anything wrong.

Their auto caller has a press 1 to speak with a loan modification specialist or 2 to get removed from the list. If you press 2 you get "option is not valid" and 1 is the only one that is valid. You end up waiting for 10 minutes before you are connected with someone. I found out it is a mortgage refinance company. I told them I do not have a home and live in an apartment. He said, "Why didn't you just press 2" I informed him about the error and he said "oh" I informed him I do not own a house and he said he would remove me for the list. I said that this is a cell phone and he got snippy and hung up on me.

I get these calls nearly every day. I don't answer 'unknown' calls. Just tired of hearing the phone ring.

Call from "Wireless Caller". Recorded message from "Cardholder Services" claiming that "nothing is currently wrong with your credit card account" but offering to "lower your interest rate WHEN HE WAS TOLD NOT TO CALL THIS NUMBER I AM ON NO CALL LIST I WAS TOLD F**** YOU I DONT CARE AND THAT HE WOULD CALL ANY TIME HE LIKED .AND THAT I WAS A CUNT AND WAS CALLED THAT A WHOLE lot of times AND THAT I WAS A REAL B**** AND WAS TOLD THE COPs OR NO ONE COULD STOP HIM THIS GUY WAS RUDE AS HE COULD BE SO DONT ANYONE GIVE THIS PEOPLE ANY INFO

Usual automated BS regarding lowering the interest on my credit cards. Blah-Blah-Blah! Press 1 to speak to a Representative or press 2 to no longer receive these calls. Yeah right!
